I have the privilege of teaching encaustic painting at Outside the Box Studio in Littleton, CO — a truly wonderful place to create. For 2026, I will teach a beginning encaustic class June 9 & 10. Mary Lynn and I will co-teach a Print + Paint class (clay mono types combined with encaustic) on September 14 & 15. And then I'll teach an advanced encaustic class October 5 & 6. The Art of Art Business
My Art of Selling Art (Fairs, Festivals and Markets) classes are done, but if you need help or are overwhelmed with just the thought of doing an outdoor show, let me know. I'll put your name on a waiting list and as soon as we get enough mass for a class, we'll get together and I'll teach. you what I know. Fair warning: this needs to be done at least a month out. There's a lot to do and trying to squeeze it in at the last minute is a recipe for gray hairs and wrinkles.
Private Encaustic Classes at my EASEL Studio
I do a limited number of private classes, typically three hours long, with people who either need to work on specific techniques or are stumped with something in the encaustic world or who just want to play with wax (I get that!).
