Coolest Art Gala

Artma. This is a fundraiser to help cure children battling cancer and is one of the most fun and exciting galas, held every other year. I've known about Artma and the fabulous team and artists involved and was thrilled to be invited to donate a piece to the event this year. Are you interested in going? Let me know and I'll send you more information!

Popping in Boulder

May 6-Jun 14, 2020, Boulder Arts & Crafts Gallery POP-UP. I have always loved this store and its eclectic collection of art and artisans, so I am thrilled to have my own pop-up here! It is a great place for all the May and June gifts — mother, grad, dad, etc. There will be an artist's reception on Saturday, May 16, from 2-4p with nibbles and music, so I'll be there to assist you in your shopping duties!

Art Students League of Denver has encaustic workshops each session (summer, fall, winter/spring). These are usually two- or three-day sessions. They are taught by Victoria Eubanks, an amazing teacher and encaustic artist. I get to be her assistant for these workshops (!) and we guarantee a whole lotta' learning. And fun. These workshops fill up quickly, but ASLD keeps a wait list just in case. Once you qualify, you can also come to encaustic open studios, that I wrangle. Plenty of wax for all!
